Following a series of major new client wins, PHAR is growing. We’re recruiting for multiple roles based in the UK to help deliver an expanding portfolio of high-profile consultancy, sponsorship and partnerships projects. Full details of each role and how to apply can be found below.
Sponsorship Research & Strategy Executive/Manager (London, UK)
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Research Executive / Manager to join PHAR’s Insight team.
This role sits at the heart of our consultancy work. You’ll support the team by researching information, analysing data, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, and translating insight into clear, practical recommendations that help clients make better commercial decisions.
The role involves a combination of desk research and data analysis. The successful candidate will be proficient with numbers, and also strong at researching information from the internet and other sources.
You’ll be encouraged to develop a point of view, contribute to discussions, attend client presentations, and - over time - build the confidence to advise clients directly.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys carrying out their own research and working with data, but also wants to understand how insight is used in real-world commercial decision-making.

Sponsorship Activation Manager (London, UK)
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Sponsorship Activation Manager to join PHAR’s Partnerships team.
While much of PHAR’s work sits outside of sport, this role is focused on the day-to-day management and activation of a major football sponsorship. You’ll be at the centre of delivering the partnership, working closely with the club, the brand, and internal teams to ensure the sponsorship is activated effectively and delivers against commercial objectives.
Delivery and project management are core parts of the role, but this is not a purely operational position. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, help shape activation plans, attend key meetings, and develop a point of view on what good looks like in modern football sponsorship.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in football or sports partnerships who enjoys making things happen, but also wants to develop their strategic thinking and work within a consultancy environment that applies rigorous commercial thinking to sponsorship.
