PHAR Partnerships has secured an exciting new sponsorship deal for Brighton & Hove’s Beryl BTN Bikes.The city’s cycle hire scheme has agreed a deal with coconut water company Vita Coco to be its lead partner.
It means that residents will soon see Vita Coco branding on the rear wheels of Beryl BTN bikes and e-bikes and a programme of events & giveaways across the city this year.It will also appear on the Beryl website, app and social media channels.100% of what the council receives from its share of the sponsorship will be reinvested back into the scheme.
Councillor Trevor Muten, Chair of the Transport and Sustainability committee said:
“This is very exciting news for Brighton & Hove and Beryl BTN Bikes and I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome Vita Coco as the scheme’s lead partner. The city currently has more bikes and hubs than ever before, and this sponsorship deal will support our work to make it bigger and better for our residents and visitors. Beryl BTN Bikes are a very popular way for people to move around the city and play a huge role in supporting active and sustainable travel.”
