The Role:
We are looking for a driven and creative Partnerships Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, pitching, and managing strategic brand partnerships that deliver value for our clients and partners. You’ll identify opportunities, build senior stakeholder relationships, and oversee the end-to-end execution of innovative partnership campaigns. Strong presentation and design skills will be essential for crafting compelling proposals and visually engaging partnership materials that inspire potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partnership strategies to meet client objectives and revenue targets.
Identify, approach, and secure new brand partners across a range of industries.
Manage relationships with high-profile clients—including airports, attractions, global brands, and major events—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, commercial, marketing) to develop compelling proposals and visually impactful presentations.
Monitor, measure, and report on partnership performance to ensure continual optimisation.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and spotting opportunities. You’ll be commercially savvy, creative in your approach, and confident managing complex projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or commercial sales (agency or brand side).
Strong presentation and design skills, with the ability to create visually engaging proposals (PowerPoint/Keynote, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Excellent pitching, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
